• Page Titles
  •  Page titles are one of the most important aspects of SEO, keep the titles short, no more than 70 characters or so. The most important words needs to be at the beginning. For example "Website Design UK Company Name" is better than Company Name Website Design UK
• Page Addresses
  • It is good practise to use the full URL of a website address, for example rather than linking to /seo-tips it is better for the link to be http://www.goodsitebadsite.com/seo-tips
  • If possible do not use any ID's in your website addresses, rather use "human" language. (e.g. do not use site.php?id=2 , see if you can use site/site_name. If you are using Apache as a web server, it would be worth reading up on URL Re-writing
• Text Formating
  • The use of Bold and Italics can provide huge importance in SEO. Highlight important keywords in Bold and/or Italics
• META Tags
  • Though META tags are no longer used  as much as they were previously, they are still important. Ensure each page has a unique meta description and keywords which relates to that page
